Meeting Agenda

Tuesday, 8/14/07, and Thursday, 8/16/07

Tuesday, Aug 14, at 6 PM, we will hold our meeting to discuss the constitution of CfD and hopefully make some final decisions on how to move forward with selection of co-chairs, secretary and treasurer and other organizational matters for our 501C4 status.  The constitution will be the only item on the agenda.  This is an important meeting for anyone concerned with how we function as a group.   We are trying out the 6 PM time to see if it works well for us. 

The plan is to then vote on this constituion at our next regular business meeting which will be Thursday, Aug 16, at 7 PM.  A big item on the agenda in addition to the constitution will be plans for fall activism re: the Iraq war and more.  Fuller agenda to follow.

Both meetings will be in the Embury Room of the First United Methodist Church, corner of Church & Chestnut Sts.
