The proposed agenda is:

1. Intro; Treas Report (10 mins)

2. Healthcare committee report (10 mins)

3. Other work group reports (<5 mins each)(10 mins)

4. 501c4 report & introduction of proposed "constitution" for CfD (for discussion at June mtg) (5 mins)

5. Visit w/ Michael Arcuri, May 25 (5 mins)

6. The Ad (60 mins)

7. Co-chairs's job description; resumption of discussion of nature and role of CfD (15 mins)

8. Other business (5 mins)

We invite comments on the proposed agenda.

In particular, if you have ideas for the process of discussing and reaching resolution on the newspaper ad, please feel free to call either Ed Lentz (263-5425) or Paddy Lane (263-5817).  Our goal is to come away with agreement on the wording of the ad or, at least, on the basic message so that drafting can be delegated to a committee tasked with finalizing the ad within one week of our meeting.

Persons who have specific ad wording to propose are encouraged to bring 15-20 copies to the meeting.

Persons who want to bring refreshments are encouraged to do so.

We have a packed agenda.  Please be on time!

Paddy Lane

Ed Lentz
